10 tips to speed up Weight Loss

STOP AT 7! - you should stop eating a good 3 to 4 hours before you plan on going to bed. You need to give your body time to work off your meals, and eating any later than this means that it will struggle to metabolise your meal.

EAT MIRACLE FOODS! - eat foods actually contain less calories than your body burns while you eat them. Choose from celery, cucumber, watermelon, blueberries, lettuce, green beans, grapes or pears

DETOX - The detox process flushes our system of toxins that build up and stop our bodies from functioning efficiently. There are various products to help you detox, depending on how you prefer to do it

EXTRA ACTIVITY - Park your car at the back of the car park and walk briskly. Get off the bus one or even two stops earlier than usual. Every time you are waiting for the kettle to boil or the microwave to ping, do squats or jog on the spot! By introducing these small things into every day you will be raising your heart rate and building your fitness levels.

BREAKFAST - Eat a big breakfast that is sensible and low in saturated fat and your metabolism gets to work, burning off calories for the rest of the day.

GO GREEN- Green tea that is! Drinking green tea or taking it as a supplement has been proven to have huge health benefits.It helps your body to digest fats and speed up metabolism.


FIBRE - Make sure your diet is rich in fibre. Foods like figs, chickpeas, brown rice, beans, bran, nuts and strawberries are all a good source of fibre.


DRINK! - No not alcohol! Aim to drink at least a litre a day. Firstly, it fills your tummy making you feel full and so less likely to crave food. Secondly when you are dehydrated your brain will try to let your body know it needs water, but this often feels like hunger to us. And so we will eat instead of simply drinking some water.

START EARLY - Research has shown that we can burn 3 times as much fat in a morning work out than we can at any other time of the day. By kick starting your body like this every day it will keep on working at top speed for the rest of the day.

CHOOSE WISELY - Ask your self “which do I want more – this cake/pizza/burger or comfortable size 10 jeans”? Imagine both of these options are actually in front of you and all you have to do is take one and its yours.

Follow all the tips this are really helpful but for more results, do aerobics, yoga or any other exercise daily and regularly.

Many people want to loose their weight quickly but they can't get successfully. Many people share different weight loss plan and diet plans via blogs and share different exercises. You have shared really amazing tips and it is very easy to follow.

Really very nice informative information to me, I have done this for 15 now, felt some cravings but fought them, and i have lost 12 pounds, so happy,i t really works!

Hello,
I tried any weight loss programs but I regained weight. I would like to find a natural way, without deprivation.These tips are interesting but can you regain weight?

Hello caspianlundgren... I am the person who is trying to lose tons of weight, these tips are really helpful to me in my weight loss journey. It's really worthy, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with all of us.

Nice tips also i want to include in list before dining out, eat an apple or a few almonds so it will make you less ravenous, and then start your meal with salad always. You will consume 15-20 percent fewer calories by eating salad.

Effective tips to speed up weight loss and will be of great help for those who are trying to speed up weight loss. Like to add, avoid slipping meals. break meals in 5/6 small meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Do not eat shortly before going to bed and engage in regular physical activities.
