According to one of my friend I’m supposed to be consuming about 2000-2600 calories per day to maintain my weight. Since I’ve been recording my daily food intake I’ve come to see that without watching what I eat or dieting I only take in a max. Of 1600 calories a day.
My diet is not very varied and primarily consists of tomatoes, cucumber, cream cheese, various fruits and other veggies and olive or sunflower oil which I use as salad dressing. I do not drink milk (ever), rarely eat eggs or meat and indulge in fast food, chocolate, pop, or chips maybe once a month if that. I don't drink very much water either (I know that's bad:cry: but I have been trying)
I do not drive so naturally I spend a lot of time walking. I have been working as an administrator for about 5yrs now and thus spend at least 6 Hrs a day sitting. I’ve been trying to go to the gym, ride my bike, or go for evening walks 3-5 times a day for the past 3 months.
This is all of the information I can think of that may be relevant. What should I be doing? Please help !!!
