excercise tips

Performing the exercise properly is much more important than the amount of weight. Consistent weight lifting will build muscle, which burns more calories than fat does. Over a long period of time, your body will not only trim down but will also look muscular.

You must eat fish and eggs minimum once time in a week. It will help you to be active that will play vital role
to maintain your health.. It gives you energy that you use in exercise..

yes less eating is the better option too so that i can burn ur extra calories in my swimming is the best thing to shape ur body but u have to spend 2hours/day for it

An exercise is classified as aerobic if the oxygen supply is sufficient to meet the oxygen demand of the working muscles during the exercise. Proteins are very difficult for the body to break down, and therefore don't provide an easy source of energy, forcing the body to break into its fat reserves for fuel.
