I feel You didn't need to get all workouts at one time if you dint have enough time for workout. Ten minutes morning, noon, and night can give much of the same benefit as 30 minutes all at once.

Try to move as much as you can during the day, use the stairs not the elevator, workout during TV commercials, that is how I started losing baby fat:)
