you can do Running, Swimming or cycling along with a little bit diet program...exercise+diet plan=increases the metabolism which helps in decreasing your extra weight.
Exercise alone is not recommended, you should alter your diet as well, eat more fruits and vegetables (many of them are effectively "negative calorie" foods). In any case, to lose weight you must burn more calories than you eat, so any activity will help. You'll want to do something that will elevate your heart rate and you can maintain for more than 30 minutes. I'm a big advocate of running, but it can be very hard on your joints. Consult your physician before starting any exercise regimen.
Aerobic Exercises are the Best for Weight Loss with that one can also do Yoga Exercise which has good results. Daily Push ups and Sit ups will also help.
