So... weighed myself today.

I have come to the conclusion that I NEED and MUST lose weight. I weigh a stone heavier than I thought... 12 stone, so that makes me 4 stone above what I should be for my height (5"6). If it's possible... I would like to lose this by the time I go back to university in September! Anyone else in the same sort of situation?

Dear,

Do not panic, firstly, it's normal reaction of your body on holidays, just you be back to college, you exceeded weight will disappear, but if you decided to get of of the weight, do not eat after 6pm, can drink (but not cola) :) good luck
