Running is best exercise which helps for losing weight. The best time of running is early in morning. If we can maintain our health for long time then we should get proper exercise and daily diet.

Running helps in reducing stress which actually cause a number of health and mood problems. It can also diminish appetite and sleep quality. When you run, you force your body to exert excess energy and hormones.
