I need to tone up my abs through exercising but my schedule is too busy for me to find time to go to the gym so I thought I should give exercising at home a try! Has anyone tried that? And if yes, can anyone recommend me any videos that I can follow or something because I’m a beginner

I would try Workouts On Demand -- their workout videos are geared toward beginners and you can even download the videos from their site. My favorites are the pilates and yoga, but my mom does the kickboxing and loves that one too!

Its good thing that you home gym but you must consult with a good professional trainer because we ignore many points during the training.. There are many videos of bodybuilding on YouTube, you must watch these videos before start training...
