excercise tips

Hi there, I m hoping to start exercising more than I do (which isn’t hard as I don’t do any!) - But just wondering if anyone had any tips.

I don’t really have time...I know you will say make time....but that’s easier said than done!

I work full time 9 - 5.30 and then I work part time in the evenings(till about 10pm) then I have to get home and make tea (as by this time I feel ill with hunger) but then I cant exercise after this... Then I go to bed..... :twisted:

Is there anything I can do to build up my exercise more? Like a few sit ups before bed, or when I get up? And I have read somewhere that sit ups aren’t that good??? Can anyone suggest anything other than sit ups but which will help the tummy area (also bum and thighs!)

I really do need some help......

also any tips on healthy eating would be good???

Walking is exelent choice if you want to lose weight. It will burn a lot of calories but won’t leave you extremely drained. Walking is a low cost form of exercise. No special clothes or equipment are necessary to be able to participate, although a good pair of walkng shoes is recommended. Try power walking for more effective results.

When I started my diet I treated myself to a Wii fit and have found it really good, you can hop on anytime for a few minutes and there are some very good exercises too.
I have lost 38lbs so far and have some more to go

hi, like already said walking is very good .stretching with arms above head holding fingers is good for stomach area or lying down lifting feet few inches of the floor.pasta is healthy food not gr8 taste maybe put something with it tomato sauce i know sugar in that but still not to bad.running on the spot is good even just one or two mins.wholegrain cereals for breakfast.boiled egg. fish .bananas all gr8 healthy eating. dorset cereals are nice good luck

I think walking and some free hand exercise are the best way to loose wait. Below are some of the tips to loose weight:
1. Lie on your back with your knees bent towards your chest.
2. Clasp your hands behind your head, keeping your elbows out to the sides.
3. Breathe in and, as you exhale, pull the abdominal muscles in to curve the head, then the upper body, off the floor. As you do so, straighten the legs upwards as far as feels comfortable. Keep the lower back pressed to the floor and point the toes, keeping the abdomen pulled in.
4. Breathe in and, as you exhale, slowly lower your head to the floor while keeping your abdominal muscles pulled in.
5. Bend the knees to the chest and repeat the entire movement 8-10 times.

I think walking is just good for the old.Running is much more good for youth:)

I joined an online personal training website after trying dozens of other methods


I found it to be great, loads of support and advice and I never got bored of the exercise or food plans. It took a long time for me to find a tool that really worked for me but I was very pleased with the results.

The truth is that exercise is great for weight loss but you need to keep it varied and challenging, there is no single "magic" workout.

I think walking is the best way to do exercise. Also if you are working somewhere then don't use the lift try to use stairs it will help you lot in your exercise routine.

dear not do exercise more than your capacity and decrease your diet quantity because if you do not decrease you diet you do not loose your weight
