High Energy Diet

Hi everyone thanks for stopping by to help!

I am currently trying to loose weight that i have put on over christmas. I am looking to loose around 10kg in 2 months.

The problem is i work 8hours a day as a train engineer which involves non stop heavy work all day.
The diets i have tried leaves me energy starved which in my line of work leaves me more prone to injury due to lack of awareness and care.

I will be doing around 1 hour of moderate exercise a night.

If anybody has any basic, easy to follow high energy diets please let me know, any advice is really appreciated :)
