2 pieces of seeded rye bread
½ avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
2 rashers of smoked bacon, just the loin piece
15g low fat cream cheese

Method: How to make rye toast with bacon, avocado and tomato
1.Toast the rye bread and grill or griddle the bacon. Spread with cream cheese arrange the bacon, avocado and tomato over the top of one then sandwich with the other.
