Carrie here, I'm gonna start my weightloss diary here ( never done one before)
I will be as honest and frank as I possibly can be.
I hope to do this diary for support and a realisation for myself ( if I do it then I post it, in away a possible push myself tool).
Ok to start of with I did eat really well I never really have calorie counted but have been aware of what I have been eating. However that went to pot two weeks ago when I was told that mackie D's were doing the monopoly board games....... Guess who got suckered in? ME I wish I hadn't, especially that I was eating healthy for 8 weeks before hand
My version of healthy was
I actually had breakfast = porridge with fruit,
Lunch would typically be fruit probably 3 portions
Dinner would typically be chicken ( or some meat) with steamed veg.
My down fall would be I didn't drink much water i find it hard to drink at all, I would force myself to drink 1 to 2 litres of water/ drink.
I'm not a tea or coffee drinker.
Exercise I don't do but in my head I always plan on doing some exercise but can never actually push myself to do it.
Anyway I never lost an oz of weight! So I had to go back to the drawing board I know my resting bmr is 1700 cals roughly and ok I was not exercising but still should have lost at least a pound in 8 weeks.
So I have to look at portion size and exercise as well and also count calories.
That's my background ..... My diet starts again tomorrow with exercise.
If anyone has constructive tips then please chime in and help me if you just want to say hi then that's great as well.
Anyway I'm off to play darts on my ladies darts team so see you all tomoz. X
