Hello, Need your advices.

Hi, Im Zane - new one on here.
Im5.4 tall and weight 72 kilos now (few month ago was 80kilos).
This week started seriousely think what to do to loose weight.
I am doing some exercising in gym - every day it is leg lifting and sit-up, and go for a little jog. and wvwry 3 days do full training in gym.
about my meals - I was reading about SlimFast milkshakes, but they have a lot of sugar in them. Then with my partner we decided to go for soya protein shake. less sugar. then now for breakfast I had soya protein shake and 1 banana. for lunch i have planned 1 peace of chicken (boiled not cooked on pan) with vegetables (usualy had chicken with vegetables and potatoe or rice, now wont have potatoes or rice). and for supper (already yesterday had) protein shake with orange.
Yesterday had cereals for breakfast, and lunch and supper the same as planned today. and on evening my body was playing with me - felt disy but im sure its just coz my body havent used to so low calorie intake but will be ok :)
aw, yesterday started to take multi-vitamins,

And yes - i want to loose my weight till 60 kilos :)
Plz give any advices how this looks for you!

Hi, my name is Carol I'm new to the site but really get where you're coming from. I tried the shake diet and it did work but as soon as I started to eat real food again I gained it all back plus a few more kg's. So be careful when you start eating real food again or you could end up worse off! I have to lose 3 stone for a wedding and yo-yo like mad no matter what i try. I've done xenical and all that did was bloat me. I hope on here I'll get the support I need to nail it this time. Anyway good luck

And Carol, I would like to explain one thing. Please try to understand this. You had posted that when you stopped eating some shakes, you put on the weight again. True. But also please understand the body. Every individual's body is different. Some people never get fat no matter how much they eat. Some get fat fast and lose it fast too ( I'm of this kind). Some get fat fast but dont lose it at all (My sister). For those who have went well into overweight, certain biological changes happen and you have to understand that. The very reason why some people gain weight soon is because their metabolism has slowed down and is not digesting fats. It is easy to lose weight when the weight is on the rise than after it has settled at a top value. For example, a person whose healthy weight is 60, if goes up to 68, can lose it easily. But cant if it goes well above 75. The reason is that the metabolism has changed really badly and it takes a lot of effort to pull the metabolism back to normal level. And this duration that is needed to pull it back to normal too varies with individual. When you take those shakes, you are not actually pacing up your metablolism for normal food, but the metabolism is paced up gradually and fat intake reduced which causes the weight loss. So when you stop it and take normal food, your metabolism isnt ready for normal food and hence your weight gain. But if u wanna maintain normal weight even after stopping the shakes or whatever they are, you must keep jogging and excercising and keep your fat intake low. Its a slow process and only after your metabolism is back at its best (which you will know by the very high energetic feeling), you can start ur normal food. So whichever program you take, please understand these things. no program is a magic program. They all only assist in making the process easier. YOU ARE THE MAIN INGREDIENT IN THE PROGRAM. Hello, you can try with Lipovon. For me is a very good product. For 4 week I lost 6 kilograms. Good result for me!
