Hi guys,

Eat vitamin-filled melon followed by protein-rich egg for the perfect fat fighting breakfast. The eggs even break down the melon's carbs.

well I was searching for myths about some food for weight loss and strange I found we can eat melon its good its not that much rich in sugar that can be hurdle in weight loss, moreover we can eat beans sweet potatoes they are risk in fiber and potassium that help to control our fat. See People who are not authentic write about anything and relate it with anything that can cause trouble for us . So just visit authentic sites where you can be lead on right destination. :ugeek:
