This exercise will help tone and elongates your legs and your thighs, so lets get started
What you need to do here is to stand with your feet hip-width apart. Take a big step backwards with your right foot and then lower into the lunge position.
Start to lift your hands above your head and lean forwards as you take your right foot off the floor and squeeze your buttocks. Right now your body should form a straight line, from your finger tips to your right foot. Hold for as long as possible, then lower back into the lunge. You should be repeating this at least six times for each leg.
The Lunge and lengthen is a great exercise to add into your routine as it will really tone up your thighs, try to do it everyday if you can and you should start seeing results.
