Eventually I had to face up the reality

Postby jeanlivingst24 » Thu Nov 10, 2011 8:11 am

My weight had been up all my life, especially after having our two children. Our food menu was very rich and not something you should eat every day if you wanted to stay slim. I wasn't only eating it every day. I was having two large meals like this at least twice a day. If the chefs had come up with a new special dish, I wouldn't just taste it. I'd have the whole meal. And when there were only a few slices of a gateau or cheesecake in the cake cabinet, I would finish it off by having a slice as a snack rather than letting it go to waste."

Eventually I had to face up the reality, one morning I woke up and said to myself, 'enough is enough' and I started trying to lose weight and this some of the things i did.

Before
Breakfast: Two or three slices of white toast with butter and jam
Snack: Several biscuits
Lunch: Large scampi and chips
Snack: A slice of cheesecake
Dinner: Sausage and mash and a large slice of cake
Snack: A chocolate bar

After
Breakfast: A bowl of porridge
Snack: A cereal bar
Lunch: A small ham and egg salad
Snack: A small chocolate bar
Dinner: Salmon, new potatoes and a large portion of seasonal vegetables
Snack: Some chocolate buttons

I found some fat loss program here http://tiny.cc/kuq0o the program works and it helped me already specially during my diet program and until now I’m still using it, if you have other program you can recommend please comment.
