Losing 1Kg per week?

How can I lose around 1Kg per week?

What sort of food should I eat? How many meals a day is recommended and what sort of exercises should I be doing?

I'm aiming to lose fat, face fat specifically. Reducing sodium intake supposedly helps with that so I've started reducing it as well as drinking water regularly.

I'm 18 and 93Kg in weight.
