struggiling to cope with weight issues! please help!!

Postby hopeful1991 » Sun Jan 27, 2013 11:55 pm

Hi everyone, newbie here :-)
i am in desperate help about how to loose weight without feeling like everyday is a whole year!! i know everyone struggles with loosing weight and i know it isnt easy, simple or fun! but i have been fighting with my weight my whole life and im only 21 years old! it affects everything in my life and i would give anything to feel good about my body. i have polycystic ovaries and therefore struggle to loose weight more then usual :-( i went swimming for 6 months twice a week and have now stopped as dont have the time, but didnt loose much atal. i have an exercise bike at home which i use everyday for at least half an hour and i walk to work everyday which is an hour. i admit i suck with the food side of things but i dont binge everyday and when i do its not ridiculous amounts. does anyone have any advice to give that could help me? i would appreciate it so much.
