How to loose Weight Quick?

I know all about eat less. But right now Im very impatient.
I just filed my taxes and im getting a little more than I had expected.
So im willing to pay for something that works.
I have two kids under the age of two and havent lost any of my baby weight.
I am 70lbs more than I was pre-pregnancy. Does ANYONE have any suggestions???
PLEASE!!

Actually, there is no quick and safe for health way to lose weight. You will not harm your health only if to lose weight gradually. All that diets (no links please admin) in most cases are dangerous. So you'd better consult a dietitian, and he will help you to choose the best weight loss program.

Hi Jessica. :)

The quickest way to lose weight is to listen to your body, align with it and give it what it needs. When you feel hungry, allow yourself to eat and eat whatever you want. Starving yourself or depriving yourself only sets up dysfunctional patterns of behaviour. Your body will think it can't trust you to feed it when you feel hungry, and then it will hold on to emergency fat stores. And denying yourself certain foods, only makes those forbidden foods more attractive and you start to crave them.

When you take the time to really enjoy your food (I mean really stay present and take the time to taste and enjoy every delicious morsel you eat) then you'll find it easier to resensitize yourself to your body's "stop eating" signals, and you'll find it easier to stop overeating.

You've been through a lot giving birth to your two toddlers and looking after all the responsibilities that a mum has to handle. Now it's time to give yourself the emotional care and love you need also. Sometimes the weight people put on has more to do with the mental and emotional challenges they go through in life. We have been taught to turn to food for so many reasons other than authentic physical hunger - and breaking these patterns can be one of the single most powerful gift you can give yourself.

Listen to your body and also ask yourself - what am I really hungry for? (I was really surprised to learn that my body actually told me when I asked it! Sometimes I wanted real food, sometimes water, sometimes just to change the way I feel!)

Awareness is the first step to powerful change...

PS You don't mention whether you need help burning off more calories or not also? I've also found I've personally lost a lot of weight when I stopped seeing exercise as something tough to do, and just bought myself a pedometer to get in more steps walking every day!

The best way to lose weight is to lose it steadily in the same way it was gained which gives the body a chance to adjust and the skin to return to it's original size and shape. However there are ways of addressing weight problems that can help to lose weight faster than others and there are some things to avoid too.
