I'm trying to start a new weight loss/ healthy lifestyle programme at the moment, but I'm really struggling with motivation. I joined a new gym, but I'm also on a teacher training placement right now and by the time I get in from school most of the time I feel like I can't be bothered going to the gym or eating properly.
I managed to lose about 4 stone a couple of years ago, but I've put it all back on again and I don't want to be the fat girl any more. I graduate from university in July so I have 24 weeks before then and I'd really like to be at least 5st lighter than I am now for that [I'm currently 5'6" and 16st10]. Last time I did it, I was seeing a personal trainer 3+ times a week and it really helped me, but I'm not in a financial position to pay for that right now. Does anyone know of any trainer podcasts that are any good? Or have any motivation tips to get me back into the gym and eating right?
