Setting Weight Loss Goals

Whether you want to lose weight or increase your endurance, it's important to tailor your workout to fit your goals. Make sure your fitness goals are realistic and you know exactly how to reach them.
You do not have to be hungry to lose weight! Learn how to keep your hunger in check to avoid overeating.
Quick weight loss? There is no shortcut. There is no miracle potion or magic pill. If there was a fast and easy way to lose weight, then everybody would be slim.

Set Clear Goals - Set clear and specific dates of when you need to achieve your goal.
Remember to set realistic goal.
